Problem:

There are too many apps available for Oslo, making it difficult to find the information you need in one place. Users often struggle to quickly figure out what they should do or where to look, creating a fragmented experience. A more streamlined solution could consolidate all essential information into a single platform, allowing users to easily access what they need and make quick decisions.

Goal:

The goal is to allow users to choose their specific needs, making the app as simple as possible. By offering a personalized experience, users can easily navigate through options and quickly find what they are looking for. Additionally, the app will show users the closest available options, making it even more convenient and efficient to meet their needs.

I assumed that many people who are new to the city or not very familiar with Oslo might find it difficult to navigate in an easy and quick way. There is a lot of information, and it takes time to find what they need.I chose to interview people who are new to Oslo and those who are not very familiar with the city.
